Feasibility study : Intensive feasibility study, with suggested options, product viability and brand mix. Revenue projection and back-end support.
Conceptualization :(business plan, pre-ops, capex, op-cost, pre-ops cost saving, best accrual options, fit out guidelines, Layout plan, design guidelines, brand theme,).
Execution : ( Assist Architect/projects in designing structure to create positive work flow, fit-out guidelines for tenants , scrutinize fittings and fixtures for cost, quality and relevance, tenant survey, tenant antecedents, statutory compliance, licensee agreement, fit-out guidelines adherence by tenant, identify suitable service vendors ,Identify IT infrastructure).
Kitchen designing and planning : Provide lay out plans, Equipment designing, Vendor identification and commissioning.
Food Court Furnishing : Identifying the right kind of furniture, in right quantity from the correct source to complement the ambience, theme, brand as well as reduce cost.
Operation : Operating the food court as an independent profit centre and SBU .Monitoring daily revenue share for the promoter. Maintaining the assets, infra-structure and inventory.
